Central West Virginia HeartHouse and the Museum of American Glass in West Virginia are working together to turn the Camden Building in downtown Weston into a collection, storage and distribution center for families affected by flooding in Lewis and Upshur counties.

In its Facebook post, the museum described the effort as Phase Two of flood relief. It said the focus is helping families return to everyday life with household and kitchen goods, bedding, toys, school supplies and other essentials.

The post did not give a date for the center to begin operating or instructions for donating or receiving supplies.
