WVU Jackson's Mill says its fourth annual Harvest Time at the Mill will take place Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

The event is free, although donations are welcome. The public notice says historic buildings in the Historic Area will be open, with demonstrations and hands-on heritage activities including blacksmithing, fiber arts, candle-dipping, paper marbling, rope-making and butter-making.

Craft and food vendors are also planned. WVU Jackson's Mill says it is still seeking a few craft vendors or heritage artisans; interested participants can call 304-269-5100 or email [email protected]. The notice says there is no setup cost or commission fee for participating vendors.

This brief is based on WVU Jackson's Mill's official public notice. Readers should check the original notice for updates as the weekend approaches.
