The Wild Sonflower has announced end-of-season flower-picking specials, inviting visitors to gather flowers and make a bouquet. In a post captured from the Lewis County, WV Announcements group on October 1, 2026, at 9:59 p.m. EDT, the business listed its operating schedule as Wednesday through Sunday, “8-8,” until it frosts.

Bouquet prices and payment

The notice lists a U-pick cup for $20 and a U-pick bucket for $75. A “bring your cup back” option is listed at $15.

Visitors are instructed to go into the red brick flower shop to get their U-pick supplies. The business says it accepts exact cash in the drop box, Venmo or PayPal.

Parking and wet ground

The Wild Sonflower asks visitors to park in the gravel by the old silo because the grass is too wet for parking. Its notice also tells visitors to wear boots and watch their step on wet, soggy ground.

The business’s post did not provide a street address or specify a.m. and p.m. for the listed hours. The original posting time was not displayed. These prices, operating details and ground conditions reflect the community-sourced notice available at capture; flower availability and subsequent conditions were not established.
