A white milk-glass crucifix candlestick made by the Cape Cod Glass Company between 1860 and 1887 is the subject of a collection highlight from the Museum of American Glass in West Virginia in Weston.

The museum describes the piece’s delicate “wafer connection” as a distinctive detail. The candlestick measures 12.75 inches tall and 4.75 inches in diameter, and its listed provenance is the Karl H. Koepke Trust Collection.

Collectors seeking a reference can find the style in *The Glass Candlestick Book*, Volume 1, Plate BS-13, according to the museum. The museum lists the piece under catalog number 2009.27.548.

The museum also invited readers to support its work through membership.

The post referred to Easter, but its original date was unavailable.
