The Weston CEOS club’s next monthly meeting is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m. at the Lewis County Extension Service Office in Weston. New members are welcome, according to a Sept. 23 report by WV News.
The club will continue meeting at the Extension office until the Lewis County Senior Center building is repaired and back in operation. The report did not provide a street address or contact details for prospective members.
At its Sept. 14 meeting, the club discussed community service work, including maintaining flowerpots at the Senior Center, Louis Bennett Public Library and the Extension office. Members also decided to donate Little Debbie Cakes to recipients of the Senior Center’s home-delivered meals; the report did not give a delivery date.
