Daniel Venegas reported seeing three medium-size dogs walking from property to property behind his house on Smith Run near Weston and asked whether anyone was missing them.
In his post to Lewis County, WV Announcements, Venegas said he did not see any collars on the dogs. The notice does not establish whether they were lost, and it provides no descriptions of their colors or breeds or any indication that they were secured.
