A 5K color walk or run supporting patients of the Vandalia Health Mon Stonewall Jackson Oncology Department is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, at Louis Bennett Airfield at WVU Jackson’s Mill.
A hospital-branded flyer posted by Julia Spelsberg in Lewis County, WV Announcements says the race begins at 9 a.m., with same-day registration opening at 8 a.m. Participants may choose to walk or run the 5K.
Registration is $25 and includes a short-sleeved T-shirt. The flyer asks participants to register by Oct. 12 to be assured a shirt for the color throw; Spelsberg also encouraged early registration in her caption.
