The U.S. Small Business Administration says its Lewis County Business Recovery Center is open at Mountaineer Specialty, LLC, 387 U.S. 33 East in Weston, to help people affected by the July 21–22, 2026 storms and flooding.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome. The SBA says businesses and private nonprofits may seek physical-damage or economic-injury assistance when eligible; homeowners and renters may apply for home or personal-property loans.
The SBA lists Oct. 3, 2026, as the deadline for physical-property-damage applications and May 3, 2027, for economic-injury applications. Applicants can use sba.gov/disaster, call 800-659-2955, or email [email protected]. Eligibility, loan amounts and terms are determined by the SBA.
The Lewis County Economic Development Authority shared the local center information in a public notice. The SBA's canonical release is the source for the center details and deadlines; readers should consult it or contact the SBA for current application guidance.
