Robert L. Bland Middle School Athletics announced its game and practice schedule for homecoming week, Oct. 5–10, in an Oct. 4 Facebook post.
Soccer
The boys and girls teams play away at Lincoln on Monday, Oct. 5. The boys play at 6 p.m. and the girls at 7:30 p.m. The schedule lists a 4:30 p.m. bus departure from the Mill for both teams.
On Wednesday, Oct. 7, both teams play away at NM, with the boys again starting at 6 p.m. and the girls at 7:30 p.m. The graphic lists Fairview Middle School as the venue and a 4:30 p.m. bus departure from the Mill.
Boys soccer practice is Tuesday from 3:30 to 5 p.m.; the girls have no practice Tuesday. Thursday is listed as no practice for the homecoming parade, and Friday’s soccer plans are to be determined.
Volleyball and football
Volleyball hosts EFMS on Wednesday, Oct. 7, with game times listed as 6 and 7:30 p.m. The schedule calls it a Pink Out game.
Football plays away at NM on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The game will be played at NMHS.
Cross-country and cheer
The Saturday, Oct. 10, cross-country invitational lists the girls’ race at 10 a.m. and the boys’ race at 10:30 a.m. The bus leaves Lewis County High School at 7:30 a.m.
Cheer practice is scheduled Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
