The Public Service Commission of West Virginia says the formal case for the proposed Valley Link Transmission Line has not yet been filed and is currently expected in 2027.
The commission’s September 14 public notice says comments may be submitted before filing through its online comment system. Readers should visit the PSC online comment page, choose Formal Case, enter their information and use case number FP Valley Link 26A.
The PSC cautions that using that case number for a comment does not mean the formal Valley Link case has been filed. The commission’s online form says formal-case commenters must provide valid contact information, including an email address, and will receive a follow-up link to complete the filing.
The selected notice does not identify a proposed route, construction schedule or affected county. LC Portal is reporting the commission’s comment instructions only; it is not taking a position on the proposed line. Readers should rely on the PSC for case status and filing updates.
Read the Public Service Commission’s original notice and the official online comment system for current instructions.
