Lewis County ranks 27th among 28 Class AAA teams in the Week 10 WVSSAC football playoff ratings published Nov. 3 by WV MetroNews.
The listing gives Lewis County an 0–9 record and a 4.57 rating, with 83 points scored and 333 allowed through 10 weeks of regular-season play.
The top 16 teams in each classification qualify for the postseason. Brooke holds the No. 16 spot in Class AAA with a 9.58 rating and a 4–5 record. Herbert Hoover leads the classification with a 17.11 rating and a 9–0 record.
WVSSAC ratings are released each Tuesday through the end of the regular season, according to the report.
