Lewis County Park is seeking contractor bids to remove the existing glued-down luxury vinyl tile and install a new commercial resinous flooring system in its concession stand.

The notice describes a project area of about 420 square feet and asks bidders to price both a full-broadcast flake system and a double-broadcast quartz system. Pricing is to include removal and disposal, adhesive removal, concrete preparation, a 4-inch cove base, coatings, cleanup, labor and equipment. Major crack or joint repairs should be priced separately by the linear foot.

The park says contractors must inspect the site and verify measurements and existing conditions before bidding. Full specifications will be provided at the site inspection. A bid deadline has not yet been announced; the notice says it will follow project approval.

For a site inspection or more information, contact Joshua Hinchman at 304-269-6599 or [email protected].
