The Lewis County Chamber of Commerce has launched a Multiple Employer Aggregation Program that gives member businesses another way to offer a 401(k) retirement plan.

The program was developed with Merrill Lynch and Lincoln Financial. The accountable newsroom report says it is intended for businesses starting a retirement plan as well as those considering a transition from an existing plan.

Participating businesses retain control over plan design and employee-contribution management. The report does not establish guaranteed savings or a public enrollment deadline; interested Chamber members should contact the Chamber for eligibility, plan options and potential savings.

This report is based on the September 16, 2026, Weston Democrat / WV News report linked below. It is business-resource information for Chamber members, not financial advice.
