Hope’s Point Baptist Church in Weston is asking people who attend in person or watch services online to update their information for its church directory and Christmas card list.
In its October 28 announcement, the church said the updates will also help staff stay connected with attendees and understand their needs. Participants can pick up a form at the information table in the church foyer, email their information to [email protected], or request a mailed form by calling the church office or messaging the church on Facebook.
The form asks for household and contact information, birthdays and anniversaries. It also offers space to identify needs such as transportation to church and to share suggestions about how the congregation can be served.
Completed forms can be returned to the inbox on the foyer information table or mailed to Hope’s Point Baptist Church, 322 Main Ave., Weston, WV 26452. The form asks participants to return it at their earliest convenience.
The directory is intended for the church family. The accompanying form says names and addresses will be shared with church members, while other information is for office use.
