WVU Jackson’s Mill will host its fourth annual Harvest Time at the Mill on Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
According to WVU Jackson’s Mill, the event is free, although donations are welcome. Historic buildings will be open, with blacksmithing and fiber arts demonstrations, along with hands-on heritage activities including candle-dipping, paper marbling, rope-making and butter-making.
Craft and food vendors will also be on site. Jackson’s Mill said it is still seeking additional craft vendors and heritage artisans. Interested participants can call (304) 269-5100 or email [email protected]; the post says there is no setup cost or commission fee.
