The Guild is accepting advance registrations for a hand-knitting workshop in Weston on Sunday, September 20, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Participants will make a yarn pumpkin with instruction from Johnna Riggleman. The $30-per-person fee includes yarn, fiberfill and written directions participants can take home to repeat the project.

The class will meet at 200 North River Avenue. It is open to ages 13 and older, and the organizer requires registration before attendance. The event advertises eight places; that is the stated class size, not a guarantee that eight seats remain available.

Readers can check availability and register through the ticket link supplied by The Guild. The organizer’s Facebook event is the source for changes or questions about participation.

The Guild promoted the workshop in The WWN on September 7. The event’s original creation date was not displayed when this report was prepared that day.
