The flyer names the Weatherization Assistance Program, the LIEAP Repair & Replace Program, Home Efficiency Rebates and Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates. It describes the LIEAP program as help with heating and cooling system repairs or replacement and says applicants must be homeowners.
