Agnes Quinn Queen said she was knocking on doors in Lewis County on October 11 to check on residents and ask what they needed to help get their homes back to normal.
In her Facebook post, Queen said she also wanted to make sure residents had an opportunity to apply for FEMA assistance and would do her best to answer their questions.
“I'm the strange lady knocking on your door,” she wrote.
